The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan is a non-governmental, non-profitable organisation. It unites all types of businesses carrying out activities in the country, on the basis of voluntary membership.
The main goals of the Chamber include creating a favourable business environment, protecting the rights and interests of entrepreneurs, promoting export and foreign investments, and introducing new technologies.
The Chamber has more than 23,000 members representing large, medium and small size enterprises and companies in various sectors of the economy. Its branches provide business support services, and are located in all regions of Uzbekistan.
