Every day the department of Urban Planning in the Municipality of Prizren faces long lines of citizens demanding answers in regards to urban planning permits. While this time could be used to actually focus on the process of obtaining the permits, the citizens are in a quest to ask the questions they need to know before applying for a permit and the municipality officials have to focus on giving the answers. For this very reason, the Support to Anti-Corruption Effort in Kosovo (SAEK) Project of UNDP, in very close collaboration with municipality of Prizren compiled a short document that describes the processes and requirements of obtaining a permit in a more simplified way.
This document was then converted into info-graphics; a much easier, clearer, and visual representation of this information which would help the citizens to obtain the information needed prior to applying for a permit.
Those info-graphics are placed in three different location of the municipality building.
As a result, the citizens’ quest for information is made more accessible, easier and more efficient.
